Sub-processors

This page lists the main third-party services tribox may use to operate billing, hosted AI, cloud infrastructure, and optional product analytics.
1. Payment
- Stripe: Checkout, Customer Portal, invoices, tax calculation, subscription status, refunds, and disputes
2. Hosted AI
- OpenRouter: Hosted AI routing to allowlisted model providers when you use tribox Hosted AI
3. Infrastructure
- AWS or compatible cloud infrastructure: server hosting, encrypted storage, backups, and operational logs
- Vercel: public website hosting and deployment
4. Product analytics
- PostHog Cloud US may be used only if product analytics is enabled with an explicit consent gate. Session replay, heatmaps, and autocapture are not part of the current analytics scope.
5. Data boundary
Sub-processors are used only for the service path you choose. Desktop-only local use does not require a tribox account, Stripe payment, or Hosted AI request.
